Delivery Method & Timing

• Digital deliverables are supplied via [secure link/email/your client portal]. Links typically remain active for [30] days; please download and back up promptly.

• Estimated timelines are provided in your proposal/statement of work. Timelines depend on prompt client feedback, content, and approvals.
  
  

Revisions & Approval

• The project includes 3 rounds of revisions as set out in your proposal. Additional revisions are billed at [£100/hour or fixed fee].

• Final approval is given in writing (email is fine). After approval and delivery, further changes may be charged as a new task.
